I discovered the gift of sound therapy during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. I was recovering from two breast cancer surgeries and going through a divorce. Sound therapy gave me a place to quiet my mind, release my worries, and find moments of peace.
It helped me reconnect with God and remember that I didn't have to carry everything on my own.
That experience is why I do what I do today.
